Who can do Aqua Fitness?

How is Aqua Fitness different to Aqua Aerobics?

How often should I attend to see results?

The results of Aqua Fitness are very visible in a short amount of time. In order to really reach results, we recommend you attend a minimum of 3 classes per week.

Is Aqua Fitness safe during pregnancy?

Yes, the water is excellent for pregnant women because of the low impact on your joints and buoyancy.
It is a safe option that helps you develop muscles all throughout your pregnancy.

What do I wear?

You can wear any type of swimsuit. Please try to avoid wearing clothes in the swimming pool.

Is there an age requirement to attend classes?

No there is not an age requirement. Our clients range from 18 to 89 years old.

I cannot swim, is that ok?

Yes, that is ok. You do not need to know how to swim to attend our Aqua Fitness classes. As long as your feet can touch the bottom of the pool, your head underwater. 
In all of our fitness classes, an instructor will be in the pool with you.
